Returns & Exchanges

Our Return & Exchange Policy is as follows:

- Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 10 days after purchase for an exchange or credit.

- The merchandise may not be damaged, scratched, dirty or even slightly used as it will not be accepted as re-saleable. It must include the original packaging material and tags.

- We do not do refunds for products requested in by the customer. We are unable to guarantee when stock will be shipped. We are at the mercy of the supplier here.

- Those being out of stock items or stock not in stock. We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective.

- You must ensure the item sent back is placed in a secure box.

- You will be liable for all shipping cost.

- If you are making an exchange or a return after 10 days you will be charged for shipping and a reshelving fee of 5% of the product value.
